I gave up and decided to go back to sierra until there's a way to add manually Apps to access mic and camera.Take more kinds of screenshots with less effort. This was a little bit annoying, but after the first time I had no problem using afloat, but when I reset all with tccutil, I lost everything and I ws not able to add the permissions again. Reinstalled the apps and still unable to use cam and mic I use afloat a lot, in Mojave at the beginning I didn't have any problem at all just the OS asking to allow mysimbl to modify the program I opened. I tried to add them manually but I couldn't, tried to reset with tccutil and nothing happened. For my work I need to do some calls on both programs. The ones created by apple had no problem at all like quicktime the popup to request permission was displayed but in my case Skype and Skype for Business never asked me to access my camera and my mic and Mojave blocked the access. Some apps requested permissions to access to the mic and camera. Most of the programs were working as expected, but I had a problem with Apps to access camera and mic. I migrated from Sierra to Mojave, everything was working fine. Just want to share with you my experience.
